My first wet felted skirt

This is my first wet felted skirt I made. The template was made from one of my favorite skirts. I transferred the outlines of the skirt on a plastic sheet and added some extra for the shrinkage. The skirt is worked in yellow merino wool with black silk. I used Nuno Felting technique to make this skirt. I folded the waistband and stitched it to the main bodice. Then I added a ribbon to hold the skirt in place. I really like how the color turned out.
